The Solution
Oliver Marketing implemented an online marketing toolkit CommsBuilder that enables staff to create their own brand compliant literature and HTML emails. Campaign data comes from the client’s own database which was seamlessly integrated into the Oliver Marketing solution via a web services link.
It allows 900 pieces of artwork iterations to be created from 120 templates. Every mailer is completely permission based and has distinct authorisation chains in place to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
The system has an in depth level of reporting that allows consultants to see the results of their online campaigns – so they can make targeted follow-ups to respondents that has increased their conversion rates. The client can control and manage documents used and branch budgets.
