The Solution
Oliver Marketing provided an audit of the working processes and practices carried out by the marketing department, and how the combination of internal and external resources was being used. The audit revealed that:
- Brand consistency and look/feel of creative executions were hugely varied
- Turnaround times were unnecessarily long
- Financial management proved troublesome and spend control difficult
From the audit, Oliver Marketing was able to establish that an onsite or “in-sourced” design studio would provide a more cost effective and responsive solution. A CommsCentre studio was deployed with onsite design staff and MRM technology. A Service Level Agreement was established to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy and responsiveness are delivered.
All Design Studio hardware and software were deployed by Oliver Marketing, including workflow management software which controls and reports on all activity. Client marketers have the added benefit of being able to brief designers in person – allowing for better communication of requirements.
