The Solution

Oliver Marketing set up a dedicated, client branded in-house artwork and production studio (Comms Centre) providing marketers with a one-stop-shop for all artwork and production needs across all media types including large format print, adverts, show literature, direct mail, email marketing, web design and banner adverts.

Where external design agency input is required, Oliver Marketing staff work in a tripartite client-agency-studio arrangement in order to maximise productivity. This way agencies are used for their creative input and the more efficient and cost effective Oliver Marketing studio is used for artworking and amendments: an win-win for all parties.

The Oliver Marketing print management solution rewards the client, unlike traditional print management (mark-up) model where the more the client buys, the more the print management fee increases. This is done by creating a mutually beneficial management fee and shared savings scheme.
